Appointments

Booking online holds a time. The branch then confirms it by email; it isn’t confirmed until they do.
If we haven’t confirmed by 2 hours before, you can still walk in or call the branch.
Private services are paid in the branch on the day. Nothing is paid online.
To cancel, use the link in your email or call the branch.

Nominations and repeat reminders

Nominating us asks the branch to set Karsons as your nominated pharmacy. Reminders tell you when to order your repeat from your GP; we never order from your GP for you.

Online shop

The online shop is paused. Full terms of sale will be published here before it reopens.
