FREE Postage and Packaging on Orders Over £40
We offer FREE standard delivery (1-5 working days) on all orders over £40 within the UK. We dispatch over 98% of our orders on either the same working day or the following working day (Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays). Please note that orders for large quantities, special requests, or mobility equipment may take a little longer to arrive and a signature may be required on receipt for heavy orders. For orders that weigh 25kgs or more additional charges may apply.
FREE Postage and Packaging on NHS Prescriptions
We offer FREE standard delivery on NHS Prescriptions within the UK. Your prescription will normally be dispatched on the same working same day as when we receive your physical prescription, if we receive it before 12pm. After this, they will be dispatched the following working day. Please bear this in mind when ordering your medicines.
Postage and Packaging for Orders under £40 – from £4.25
We offer a range of delivery options for your ease. The cost of delivery will be added to the final bill and is the total cost of delivery regardless of the number of items ordered.

In the very unlikely event that you have a problem with any of the following on receipt of your goods, please follow the advice provided :
Missing items - Please check all received goods carefully against the invoice enclosed with your package. If you are aware of a missing item then please contact us via email or phone providing full details within 7 days. Please note that if any products that you have ordered are out of stock or are to follow, we will contact you prior to dispatch to ensure that this meets your approval.
Incorrect Items - If you believe that you have received an incorrect item then please contact us via email or phone providing full details within 7 days of receipt of your goods. You may be asked to send the product(s) back to our warehouse and we will compensate you for any P+P costs as long as you send us the receipt. Please allow 14 days from when Karsons Pharmacy receive the damaged goods for a replacement to be sent.
Damaged Goods - If your goods have been damaged in transit then please contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receipt and we will investigate the matter fully. You may be asked to send the product back to our warehouse and we will compensate you for any P+P costs as long as you send us the receipt. Please allow 14 days from when Karsons Pharmacy receive the damaged goods for a replacement to be sent.
